As a bodyworker, energy practitioner, yoga teacher, and Ayurvedic guide, my intuition has always been one of my greatest tools. Over the years, I’ve learned that the “Claires” aren’t mystical or out of reach—they’re simply different ways my inner knowing speaks to me. These intuitive channels help me understand people, sense what they need, and offer support that goes far beyond technique. They guide my sessions, my decisions, my leadership, and the way I show up in my community.

Every time I step into a treatment room, lead a class, teach a workshop, or sit with a client, these intuitive senses are at play. They help me build trust, read energy patterns, choose the right practices, and meet people where they are. They are the invisible layer of wisdom beneath my training—helping me weave together healing, insight, and grounded presence.

What many people don’t realize is that these same intuitive senses are powerful tools for leadership, business, and nonprofit work. The same way I read energetic cues in a healing space, you can read the energy of a team, a project, a room, or a mission. These gifts help create alignment, support people with deeper clarity and compassion, and guide wiser decision-making.

The Claires — A Leadership & Business Lens

Your intuitive gifts—your Claires—are practical tools in leadership and nonprofit work. They help you read energy, sense timing, understand people, make aligned decisions, and communicate with clarity. While everyone has intuitive abilities, most leaders naturally rely on one or two channels more strongly. When you recognize and trust them, your leadership becomes grounded, responsive, and vision-focused. Here are a few that tend to be more accessible.

  • Claircognizance — Clear Knowing: Sudden, complete understanding that arrives without explanation. In leadership, it becomes a compass for strategy, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Clairsentience — Clear Feeling: Heightened emotional awareness that helps you sense team dynamics, client needs, and unspoken energy in a room.
  • Clairvoyance — Clear Seeing: Inner imagery and visioning that allow you to imagine possibilities, anticipate outcomes, and plan strategically.
  • Clairaudience — Clear Hearing: Intuitive words, phrases, or guidance that inform communication, messaging, and conflict resolution.

Together, these abilities deepen your capacity to lead with presence, clarity, creativity, and authenticity.

Examples of How to Use the Claires in Your Work:

  • Sensing tension or unspoken concerns in a meeting and adjusting approach.
  • Feeling a strong intuitive “yes” or “no” in my body when considering decisions.

Clairvoyance — Clear Seeing

  • Visualizing the future of a project or community initiative before it’s formed.
  • Seeing symbolic images that offer direction during planning or meditation.
  • Intuitively perceiving long-term outcomes and using that insight to guide decisions.

Clairaudience — Clear Hearing

  • Receiving a phrase that becomes the perfect mission statement or campaign language.
  • Hearing intuitive guidance for navigating a difficult conversation with compassion.
  • Receiving clear wording for grants, presentations, or teaching moments during reflection.
