Phoebe Yerian Ezell
Leadership Spirit Advocate
Writer. Designer. Naturalist. Environmentalist. Artist. Coder. Digital Strategist. Phoebe Yerian Ezell has worn many labels in her lifetime — but those who know her best simply called her “Cosmo.”
And honestly? That nickname might say it all.
Much like the beloved 1937 Cary Grant classic Topper, there’s something wonderfully spirited and unexpected about Phoebe. Her childhood was unconventional, her education beautifully non-traditional, and her serendipitous approach to life has taken her on a global journey that most of us can only dream about. That cosmopolitan spark — the one that weaves together cultures, experiences, and ideas in surprising ways — lives at the heart of everything she creates.
She’ll be the first to tell you that every twist, turn, and unexpected chapter of her life has made her a better designer, a richer communicator, and a more creative collaborator for the people she serves.
“With creativity, beautiful transformations may begin quietly, almost invisibly, before suddenly blooming into something unmistakably alive. I live for this process!“
My Story
With an early childhood in American Samoa influencing her, Phoebe holds a master’s thesis that boldly bridges Environmental Education, Environmental Psychology, and Educational Psychology, reflecting a deep and abiding love for the natural world. When she’s not crafting digital strategies or designing meaningful communications for others, you just might find her sketching the plants and animals that surround her — a quiet, joyful practice that keeps her rooted and inspired.
Phoebe has created many successful businesses, and is continually growing her skill sets in work.
Today, Phoebe brings all of that — every experience, every label, every adventure — to her message about re-creating the spirit with purpose, joy, and creativity alignment that feels true.
